Who we are

LessBranding.com is operated by John Hitchens trading as LessBranding (referred to as "LessBranding", "we", "us"). We are a UK based online retailer.

What you are buying

Every product on this site is sold by LessBranding. Our products are independently manufactured items chosen for their design, quality and value. They are not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any third party brand, and we never claim otherwise. Where our guides mention third party brand names, they do so only for honest comparison.

Your contract

When you place an order and payment is taken, your contract is with LessBranding. We will send an order confirmation email with your order number. Some orders are dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners, but your contract, your delivery promise and your support all remain with LessBranding at all times.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include delivery to the UK. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on every product page before you buy and in your order confirmation. Estimates are based on real dispatch data from our fulfilment partners. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods, and a further 14 days to return them after telling us. Full details, including how to start a return and who pays return postage, are in our Returns policy.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact support@lessbranding.com and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses, as this site is for consumers.

About reviews and claims

We only publish genuine feedback from real customers. We do not use invented reviews, invented discounts or false urgency anywhere on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
