Delivery is included

Every price on this site includes delivery to any UK address. What you see on the product page is what you pay. There are no surprise charges at checkout.

How long it takes

We show an honest delivery estimate on every product page and in your order confirmation. Most items arrive within 6 to 12 working days, because many of our products ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. We would rather quote a real number than a flattering one.

Some items stocked in UK or European warehouses arrive faster. Where that is the case, the product page says so.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel ships you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number, and you can check progress any time at lessbranding.com/track.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved, or your order has not arrived when expected, email support@lessbranding.com with your order number and we will chase it for you. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase you can cancel for a full refund.
